This page outlines the plan for the day as well as the homework assigned. Unless otherwise indicated, homework is due the following day. Portions of this page may be linked to lessons or homework assignments for easier functioning. Absent students are expected to consult this part of the website before returning to school.

Tuesday: Today in class we turned in our BAM projects, discussed retakes and continued to review first semester material.
HOMEWORK: For those who were not prepared today, you MUST turn in your BAM by tomorrow. Turn in your BAM through google classroom.

Wednesday: Today in class we began by taking the spelling bee test. This test is not graded but does help students qualify for the spelling bee. Afterwards, we reviewed paragraph writing and began working on our Troy paragraph. Here is today's lesson.
HOMEWORK: Work on Troy paragraph for 30 minutes. Will get 20 minutes of class time tomorrow and then that is it.

Thursday: Today in class we continued to work on our Troy paragraphs by making sure that each of our paragraph components had all required parts, then we set up our ISNs for our Odyssey unit and familiarized ourselves with the Odyssey packet.
HOMEWORK: Finish typing Troy paragraph based on new planning page we worked on in class. Troy paragraph and resources are found in Google Classroom.

Friday: Today in class we turned in our Troy paragraphs and then began the Odyssey! We read chapter 1 together in a class and then broke into partners to read chapters 2-4.
HOMEWORK: Book-a-month retakes due 1/25. Students received a retake sheet and purple pass to come work on their retakes during ELO.
