This page outlines the plan for the day as well as the homework assigned. Unless otherwise indicated, homework is due the following day. Monday: Today in class we took our Odyssey formative. This formative covered comprehension of chapters 6-12, author's language/tone, and part-to-whole. When students finished the worked on incomplete packet work or read their free reading book.

Tuesday: Today in class periods 2 and 6 worked on formative and paragraph retakes. Students who did not need to fix their paragraphs worked on adding in advanced elements. Period 8 read through chapter 14 of the Odyssey and worked on packet work.

Thursday: Today in class students finished reading the Odyssey and completed packet work. Once finished, students collected evidence for their Odyssey essays which they will begin on the week of the 20th. Students who finished early began developing review games for the summative.

Friday: Today in class we began with warm up number 10. Then we went over the events, word meanings, and author's language sections of the packet for chapters 12-17. Finally students worked on paragraph retakes or evidence collection for their Odyssey essays.
